Arantxa Orbegozo, Txitxi

Hi, I’m Arantxa Orbegozo — but everyone calls me Txitxi.
And if you’ve landed on my page, maybe it’s because of that curious name: YsiYo.
Which in Spanish means: “What if I…?”

Because sometimes, everything changes with a single decision.
Not a perfect plan. Not a grand gesture.
Just a brave whisper that says:
“What if I decide to come back to myself?”

I’ve been a high-level athlete.
I’ve practiced cycling, canoeing, climbing, triathlon, skiing, and more.
I’ve been a coach, a therapist, a mother, a muralist, and even the massage therapist for the Spanish national cycling team.
I’ve helped others train for greatness…
But one day, I realized I could no longer climb a flight of stairs without getting winded.

I had spent 20 years not training.
Fifteen of those years, I lived on "body savings"...
But the last five were a free fall.
I didn’t recognize myself — not in the mirror, not in my dreams.

Until one day, I asked:
“What if I decide… to take care of me?”
That was the beginning of everything.

Work with me

Now I create programs for women (and anyone who resonates) who have spent years caring for everyone else and want to reclaim their energy, their bodies, and their joy — without punishment, and without needing hours in the gym.

Because this isn’t about perfection.
It’s about living well — and making it sustainable.

My method is simple but powerful:
💥 The Minimum Effective Dose.
That tiny sweet spot of effort that gets the body to respond, to adapt, to come back online.
We train the whole body — strength, mobility, coordination, balance, breathing, resilience — in ways that feel natural, joyful and actually doable.

And we make space for creativity, for curiosity, for a body that supports your dreams instead of limiting them.

Because let’s be honest:
Those of us who have health, have many dreams.
But when you lose your health — you’re left with only one.
So let’s protect it.

Not from fear, but from a playful spirit and a fierce decision to live with vitality.
To wake up each morning and say:
“Today, my body moves with me — not against me.”
“Today, I choose to show up, even for 15 minutes.”
“Today, I choose me.”

I’m here to help you feel amazing in your skin, at any age.
Not just to feel good — but to feel powerful, autonomous, and alive.
So you can dance with life again.

And if something in all this makes your heart say yes
Then maybe it’s your moment.

What if you decide… to begin today?
